Why is this car selling for half what it’s worth? Yes te seats are wrong and the wheels are fake but on the east coast this is a 10k car all day long. Looks better even than the 325i currently on BAT. How do I convince myself not to call my friend in LA and buy this car

That’s about right. It’s in good condition, a lot of e30s in my area are around 4k.

With 1k I could sell/trade the current wheels and seats for corect ones and tell everyone it's all original...and buy a 325is badge because fuck debadging

Not a NP in my book. I wouldn't pay over $4500 for a nice e30. And I hate those seats.

Maybe it won’t pass smog. Not from CA here, but I’ve heard that not passing is a big problem and may rate a big price cut instead of getting into a fix/recheck cycle. Comments?

It’s also not a 325is. They came with three spoke steering wheels, so I’d assume the LSD was added, and the “upgraded" seats were to replace the original comfort seats, because cheaper than proper sport seats. Then debadged instead of getting a 325is badge. I also haven't checked the vin yet, I'll do that

Not a 325is, but also only needs proper seats, wheels, and steering wheel to be a good clone in a fantastic colour

There is a 318is in my local area, sport seats and all for $2500. It needs work like a vacuum leak somewhere, and the steering column needs replacing along with some cosmetic issues like the sunroof, tires and wheels.
I am about 6 months from buying a car but I really really have the itch for this one
